While not a mod in the traditional sense, NBA 2K17 fan SkillazKill has spent a rather impressive (or worrying) amount of time and effort creating all 36 college teams and 198 players - no mean feat, let me tell you. I'd be lying if I said I knew much about basketball, but from what I understand, it's been over nine years since a basketball game allowed you to play with college teams - until now - thanks to one user's insane amount of hard work.
